Yes. We accept both small order and FCL order. For MOQ, It depends on what you are buying. 

We are focusing on middle and high-end markets and our products are mainly sold to North America, Europe, Oceania and Russia. But we are also interested in developing new markets, such as South America, South-east Asia and Africa.

Yes. We can make the stone according to your design on condition that the necessary information is provided, such as photos, drawings, applications, etc. Our designer engineer and skilled workers will cooperate with each other to complete your design very well.

When you are sending an inquiry, please give us your detailed requests, such as material, sizes, surface finish, drawings, pictures, quantity, etc. Of course, if you like, we can introduce our standards or give you some suggestions.

Yes , we are glad to offer the sample for your checking before order. 

I am afraid not. The stone is a natural material with naturally occurring variations in color, tone, granularity, pattern, etc. Please understand the color tolerance and pattern change is allowed.

Usually it takes 10-30 days upon we receive the deposit or L/C, but depended on the order details and our production schedule at that time.

We accept T/T, L/C (at sight, 30days, 60days, 90days) and D/P according to different customers.

We have some good shipping partners who will help us to transport the cargos from our country to your Inland port or Sea port or to your door. If you need to know the transport freight, please contact us for quotation.

1) Our factory is a professional stone manufacturer with more than 20-year experience. It is well-managed, well-equipped and has skilled workers with rich experience.

2) We have our own quality inspectors, who will follow your order from beginning till the end of whole production process, to ensure quality standards and on-time delivery. And  before packaging, our QC will do a final inspection for the quality. 

3) If you like, you are welcomed visit our factory for inspecting the goods. 

4) We will take the responsibility of quality. If there is any defect on products, we always try to find a solution for you. 

The stone products will be packed with fumigated strong wooden crates and foam sheets inside. Customized packing is available.

As per your request, we will effect the insurance with “all risks” before the shipment. In the case of damage happens, firstly you can refer to the insurance company to claim the damage.
